Dell INSPIRON one Touch • 2305 won't boot up.-- Windows Boot Manager: Windows failed to start

I have a 1 month old Dell INSPIRON ONE • 2305 Touch with Windows 7 Home Premium and will not boot up after the Dell logo splash.
I have the message: Windows Boot Manager Windows failed to start.
A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
To fix the problem: 1.
Insert your Windows installation disc (which I do not have because it came pre-installed) and restart your computer.
2.
Choose your language settings, and then click "Next." 3.
Click "Repair your computer." if you do not have this disc,
contact your system administrator (me, the teen it pro) or computer manufacturer for assistance.
File: \Boot\BCD Status: 0xc0000098 Info: the Windows boot configuration data file does not contain a valid OS entry.
CRITICAL NOTES: the only disc I have is the
Dell reinstallation disc that contains options to boot from Ol' MSDOS or diagnostics.
ALSO: I have a Dell INSPIRON one • 24XX series, with the same operating system and edition as well.
"SOLUTIONS" that do not solve the problem: Tapping f8 until the Windows
boot options found WITHIN THE OPERATING SYSTEM appear!!! >:( recommended by Dell and anything on a windows 95 disc.
Please help!!! thank you in advance! Also, please note, dos is available by disc, and I have a laptop that has windows XP home edition and have
a reinstallation disc for XP home edition sp3.

Boot in Safe Mode:

Open Run command as previously described
Type MSConfig
Click on Boot tab
Tick Safe boot in Boot option
Select Network
Click Apply and OK
Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
