CHM display issue on Arabic system

Got an ENU HELP (.CHM) display issue with Arabic system, which needs your help pls.
 
·         Steps to reproduce:
1.
Boot to Windows 7 Arabic version
2.
Launch some .chm files, ENU version (including other single or double bytes languages).
3.
The Help content display fragmented.
The problem mainly occurs in
Search and Favorites tabs.
And even the .chm files picked out from the OS, the same display issues occured.
 
·         Environment:
·     MSI FR600 NB
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
 
Pls let me know if you know the cause of it, or the solution.

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
