Does the issue persist on a particular website?

Were there any changes (hardware or software) made to the computer prior to the issue?
 
Working in Enhanced Protected mode and/or Browser mode may help in getting the issue resolved.
 
Method 1: Use Enhanced Protected Mode and check if it helps.
a) Press Windows key + R and type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter.
b) Click on the Advanced tab.
c) In the Settings box, under Security check the box to
Enable Enhanced Protected Mode.
d) See if you are able to type text now.
 
Method 2: Change the browser mode.
a) Open Internet Explorer 10 and press F12.
b) Click on Browser Mode and try the
Internet 10 Compatibility View and Internet Explorer 9 option.
c) Check to see if you are able to type text now.

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
