Copy Formulas in one sheet based on number of records in another sheet

Hi...
I have 4 sheets, the first 3 sheets contain headers in row 1 & formulas in row 2
In the 4th sheet, i copy my daily dump.
Based on the no.
of records in the 4th sheet, i would like the formulas in the first 3 sheets to be copied down in the respective sheets.
So for e.g.
if my dump is of 30 records....
the formulas that i have in row 2 of sheet 1 should be copied down upto row 30, formulas of row 2 in sheet 2 should get copied down upto row 30 and ditto for Sheet 3.
How can i do this? Would a macro help? if so....what would be the syntax?
