My Atheros AR8152/8158 PCI-E Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20) card disconnects and reconnects while transfering large amounts of data .
I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.Please help me to fix this.

I have disabled Task Offload , in NIC properties (as read in forums) still it did nt work
