AMRT.msi file missing error
Issues with CA so I removed and reinstalled.
Durring reinstall the message: Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containg the installation package 'AMRT.msi' in the box below. CA Security will not install because of this.
Running XP Professional Version 2002 SP3

You may try to remove completely the older version of CA security software by using CA security removal tool and try to install the newer version and check.

- Go to the Start button.
- In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
- Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
- On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
- Reboot your computer.
