AppData folder shows to have 170gigs in it. My hard drive is full. Can I delete the folder?

I started having problems with my laptop.
C Drive was full.
I found AppData folder with over 170 gigs in it.
Can I delete the folder? My other computers only have about 10 gigs used in AppData.

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
