Although the first backup of system and files onto another hard drive apparently succeeded, none of the subsequent attempts has worked.
I get above error message and am told that another process is using the file.
Have tried turning off security (not Microsoft),
but that doesn't seem to help, either on scheduled or manual backup.
Am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
Please help.
