Add Power Button to the charms bar (suggestion - reposted). Make Windows 8 shut down in two clicks! [Solved]

Add Power Button to the charms bar (suggestion - reposted). Make Windows 8 shut down in two clicks!

reposting as a discussion a question I made previously in the community:
In order to make the shut down option available with fewer clicks (just as Windows 7), I suggest that Microsoft adds a "Power" button on the charms bar, right bellow "Settings".
This button could have a small side menu with all of the power options: shut
down, restart, sleep (and/or hibernate), making them available within two clicks.
This change will help users shut down faster, but will cause a compilation that can yet be easily outreached: The "Settings" side menu will also contain a "Power" button.
This Power button can be replaced with a "More Settings" or "PC Settings" button, after
the "change PC settings" tile button on the bottom is removed permanently.

I hope my suggestions are applicable.

The pictures seem to be cut in the right side - I don't know why - they appear correctly if you right click and download them.
