Windows 8 Enterprise 64bits O/S
IE 10.0.9200.16540, update Versions: 10.0.4 (KB2817183)
IIS 8 (Ver 8.0.9200.16384)

Testing Default Web Site:-

Browse *:80 (http) is OK but Browse *:443 (Https) display the following

https://localhost/

This page can't be displayed

Make sure the web address is correct.
Look for the page with your search engine.
Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Please advise what need to be done in order to resolve this issue.

By the way, Internal Browsing other websites are OK
